What is Sensa?
Sensa is the latest revolution in weight loss according to ads. They talk about various things. But mostly, they talk about a sprinkle that can be used in food for immediate appetite suppression and weight loss results. It is that easy. You simply mix Sensa into your food. They do not want you to diet or exercise, because you can lose weight without it. Of course, that is completely fraudulent. But does it work?
History of Sensa
There was a major and recent study conducted that showed that using tastants in various flavors could help you to lose weight. They showed that those using calorie free tastants realized that they were full faster than those who did not have them, therefore having a natural appetite suppressing effect on the body. Now Jack Sensa talks about having clinical studies that are going on right now. They talk about you being a part of those studies. But they have no setup for controlled environments or otherwise. And it is just a ploy to get you to buy their product. You don’t have to pay money to be in a real study.
Benefits
Sensa has an ingredient called glucomanan. Glucomannan is actually a clinically proven ingredient for weight loss. It has been shown to blow up as a natural fiber in the stomach when combined with 8oz of water about 30-60 minutes prior to meals. So combining it in your food is not sufficient. This being said, they don’t use the tastant idea at all, and realistically speaking, glucomannan and other ingredients do not promote weight loss results without diet and exercise.
Side Effects
There are no side effects commonly associated with Sensa.
Conclusion
Sensa has been a popular product before. However, unfortunately the fact is that Sensa does not have what it takes. It has one major ingredient, and they undermine the basic workings both by not using the right amounts and by ultimately speaking using it in a way that does not promote actual weight loss. So obviously, while there are no side effects commonly associated with it, it’s not something you should use still the same.
